Emma Griffin

Emma Griffin is a multidisciplinary artist, primarily working in the medium of painting,
printmaking and graphics.

Born in Guernsey, Emma has lived on and off the island for a total of eighteen years.
Currently residing in Scotland, Emma works part time at the National Galleries of Scotland
and credits this role for providing her with the art education she missed by not going to art
college. Spending time up close with the artworks for hours at a time and attending curator
talks allows Emma to study the works and understand what is possible when it comes to
making her own works of art.
