Serena Child

Serena Child is a local artist specialising in ceramics, printmaking, and folk-crafts. She
graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2018 with a degree in Fine Art. Her inspiration is
deeply rooted in a love for folk-history and traditional techniques, as well as a sense of
playfulness, ritual, and fantasy.

Since leaving university she has completed an artist residency and worked as a lecturer. She
has recently left teaching so can invest more deeply in her own creative practice; and is
creating her dream studio. as well as making all the ideas she has had over the last few
years come to life.
